Refunds & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Lawn Levelling Rake Canada. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Our aim is to reply to all support emails within 12 hours.
Within 30 days of receiving the product, if the product is damaged, faulty or not in accordance with your order you should notify Lawn Levelling Rake Canada of your intent to return the product.
Otherwise you will waive any right to reject them.
Once we receive proof of the complaint or defect, and we have then been given the opportunity to rectify the problem, but been unable to do so, e.g. send a replacement part, we will issue a refund back to you via the payment method that you selected during checkout.
All orders may be cancelled within 12 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to cancel or change it, you must contact us within 12 hours. All cancelled orders will incur a 5% admin / service and processing fee to cover our time and credit card charges.
Refunded Item Fees
Should you request a refund, the amount refunded will exclude the original cost of processing and shipping incurred by Lawn Levelling Rake Canada.
A non-refundable $CAD amount is:
- Lawn Leveller Pro 30 – $CAD60
- Lawn Leveller Pro 36 – $CAD66
You can return your product anytime within 30 days for an exchange or refund (not including the original cost of processing and shipping) subject to the following conditions.
- The product must be shipped back to the Regional Office (please see address at bottom of this page)
- It must not be marked, scratched or damaged.
- It must be returned in the original packaging in original condition.
- All returned items will be thoroughly inspected.
- *** COVID-19 UPDATE – Due to the ongoing current situation with the pandemic, we may ask you to ship back to our UK Office, as we cannot guarantee that our Canadian office will be staffed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter during this unprecedented time.
If a refund is agreed for whatever reason the following process will occur.
If the buyer and seller agree that the buyer will return the item, the refund will only be processed once the product has been received back in the condition stated above.
If no return is required we will go ahead and process the refund.
- The refund will be processed within 2 business days
- The refund will be returned to the original payment source; i.e. Credit Card via Stripe Payment Gateway, or via Paypal.
Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct shipping address on your order, as items which we are not able to deliver to the address provided will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.
