LawnLevellingRakeCanada.Tools manufactures, processes and ships our own products from the stock available in our warehouse. We are therefore committed to bringing our customers outstanding value and service.

As part of this commitment, we provide free DHL Express shipping from our packing facility.


We are able to offer free international shipping to almost anywhere you are located. Even if you are not based in Canada.

There are however some locations we are  not able to ship to.  If you happen to be located in one of those rare countries, we will contact you once we receive your order.  A full refund will then be issued should our shipping service not cover your country.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. This normally only applies to non Can sales.

By purchasing our product, you authorise that one or more packages may be shipped to you from our warehouse and may have custom fees applicable when they arrive in your country.

We always declare the correct value of your purchase on the commercial invoice or customs declaration. It is very rare that you will be charged GST, US Tax or VAT on your purchase as they are not high value items. However, we cannot guarantee that no tax charges will be levied as it largely depends on the discretion of the receiving countries import duty policies.


Local Holidays may also slightly extend shipping times. 

Shipping time may vary by location. e.g. if you are located in a rural / remote location.

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct and complete, as items which we are unable to deliver to the address provided will be returned to sender and no refund will be given.


If specific delivery instructions are required for your order, please complete order notes (notes about your order eg. special notes for delivery) when filling in Billing Details at time of check out.


You will automatically receive an email with a DHL tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. If you do not receive the tracking number email, please contact us via one of the methods below or visit the “Track Your Parcel” Link here or on our Home page. On some occasions certain Yahoo and Gmail accounts are unable to receive our emails. It may be a good idea to whitelist our email address or check your Junk / Spam folder.
