We have refined our checkout to make the purchasing process as simple and easy as possible for our customers. It is totally transparent and gives you all the information you may require to make a safe purchase from us.
Our prices are clearly shown on our product pages. Once items have been added to the cart you can view the total of your purchase. This total will never increase unless you add additional items to your cart.
The stated cart price cannot go increase but can decrease if you have an applicable coupon code to apply at checkout.

We offer two payment methods, both secured with industry standard Comodo 256-bit Positive SSL Encryption for your protection.
1. PayPal. Regardless of whether you have a PayPal account or not, you can utilise this method. Many customers buying online prefer this option as you get double protection for your purchase, protection from both PayPal and your financial institution. If you do not have an account with PayPal just use your normal Credit Card when prompted during the PayPal checkout process.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards.
Lawn Levelling Rake Canada only ever see the last 4 digits of your credit card and your card information is not stored by us. This information is held on the secure servers of our payment providers. This means your card data is secure and we do not have the ability to bill you multiple times or set up any kind of subscription services such as monthly billing for regular repeat orders.
Once we have received your payment, the only transaction we can perform is a refund.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from several locations dependent on the product(s) you have purchased. Delivery times may vary due to a number of factors such as your location, holiday periods, and acts of god (force majeure). You can see full details of our shipping policy here.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we offer a 100% money back guarantee.
Should our product arrive damaged or faulty, this should be reported to us immediately.
Once we receive proof of the complaint or defect, and we have then been given the opportunity to sort out the problem, but been unable to do so, e.g. send a replacement part, we will then issue a refund back to you via the payment method that you had selected during checkout.
What is your refund request rate?
We are proud to state that less than 1% of our customers have ever requested a refund for whatever reason. This is almost unheard of for an eCommerce venture.
